Evelyn Mercado epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard work while providing creative service to all of her clients. As a Brandon resident for 27 years, she has watched the Tampa Bay area grow, and is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of each neighborhood to prospective residents. Prior to living in Brandon, Evelyn traveled the world as a military spouse with her husband and two daughters, and specializes in assisting military families, and out of state relocation. She is ending a successful career spanning 28 years in federal service, and now looks forward to using her knowledge and experience with her clients. Listening and understanding each client's specific needs is her top priority and whether buying or selling, Evelyn utilizes traditional marketing techniques while incorporating new innovative strategies to get results! Evelyn is active member in Nativity Catholic Church and organizes and volunteers for an annual toy drive for children of migrant families in Hillsborough county.
